MCW architects are committed to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and in our wider supply chain.

MCW architects is a Private Limited Company and provides architectural services.

Slavery and Human trafficking policies
MCW architects strives to maintain the highest standard of employee conduct and ethical behaviour. MCW architects encourage the confidential reporting of concerns related to the direct activities of our business and supply chain and management are expected to act upon them.

Our supply chains/sub-contractors
Our industry experience and internal review mechanism to evaluate who we conduct business with is planned so as to only engage those who share our vision and values outlined in our organisational policies. Our sub-consultants are also appraised through a questionnaire. MCW architects will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Training
A variety of training is offered to our staff from in person to online material to assist with their continuous responsibility for implementing and monitoring compliance to the prevention of slavery and human trafficking in the company’s corporate activities.

The Directors and senior management shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and shall provide adequate training to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or its supply chains.

A copy of the policy and the Modern Slavery Act 2015 will be accessible to all employees electronically and can be obtained on request.

Directors’ Approval
This statement has been approved by the directors and will be reviewed annually and published in accordance with current law.
