Our supply chains/sub-contractors
Our industry experience and internal review mechanism to evaluate who we conduct business with is planned so as to only engage those who share our vision and values outlined in our organisational policies. Our sub-consultants are also appraised through a questionnaire. MCW architects will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Training
The Directors and senior management shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and shall provide adequate training to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or its supply chains.
A variety of training is offered to our staff, from in person to online material, to assist with their continuous responsibility for monitoring compliance with the prevention of slavery and human trafficking in the company's corporate activities.
