With the external works coming to completion on our Newnham Road mixed-use project, its form can now be seen within its highly sensitive setting. The views out over Mill Pond are proving to be everything we had hoped for. We are looking forward to the clay tile cladding going up on the individual upper floors shortly.
Providing space for commercial activity at ground floor level, the new development will create an active street frontage, improve the public realm and experience for passers-by as well as uplift the character of the lane alongside Newnham Mill.
